Eastview, Rancho Palos Verdes Drive Through

The Palos Verdes Peninsula is made up of four cities (technically), with Rancho Palos Verdes being the largest city. With over 40,000 residents, it features many distinct areas.

One of these area is Eastview known for its view to the East, its sunshine, lots of shopping, schools and greater affordability. As we go through Eastview, take a look at the affordability of condos starting in the $600,000+ range. Single family homes run up to the $2,000,000 + range. These are midyear 2022 numbers. If you live in Eastview and would like a valuation of your property, go to www.true-home-value.com.

Location wise, Eastview is very close to the 110 and 405 Freeways. Very easy to get to other South Bay areas, the beach, downtown L.A., LAX, the Westside and more. Some of the other areas of Palos Verdes require a longer drive just to get to the freeway.

Weather: Believe it or not, the Palos Verdes Peninsula has lots of different micro-climates. Eastview is interesting in that it faces East and you can still see the water because it is located on a Peninsula. Not the usual beach morning fog here, but actually, a warmer client. And sunny!

Shopping: Eastview has the boundaries of Enrose Ave to the West and Western Ave. (for the most part) to the East. All along Western Ave., there are tons of shops. From supermarkets, to fast food, to restaurants, banks, clothing stores, movie theatre, and much, much more. We Western Ave. condos are very accessible to all the shopping.

Schools: Eastview has Dodson Middle School and Crestwood STEAM Magnet School. Residents can choose to go to these LA Unified Schools or attend the Palos Verdes Unified School District.

Entertainment: See shopping above. In addition, right on Western Ave, there is Peck Park (which is part of San Pedro), but oh so close. It has tennis courts, pool, walking trails, activity center, playground, and even a skate park!
