This Rancho Palos Verdes Market Update is for Jan to Feb 2021 . Is there a change in the market? There might be, but it's too soon to tell. We know it is still a seller's market, but how are buyers doing? Due to very low interest rates in the sub 3%, Buyers are getting homes that normally would not be as affordable.

Back to the market - The average price for Single Family Homes in Rancho Palos Verdes has gone down by 7% from January to February 2021. The homes are also staying on the market about 10 days longer. Roughly the same number of homes (28-29) have sold from January to February.
